Learn English..

My English is very poor and I need to improve it.No matter what..Is it possible I just learn from youtube? Because I have no money to pay thousands for English class.Or anyone has any idea or suggestion about it?

Why I need to master English as a second language? Because English has become international language.Doesn't matter where you go, you will find English. Most importantly, most of the journals written in English. So, what should I do?
