Exercising.

Do you exercise to look good or feel good??? What comes first in your mind? The first one or the second??Be honest to yourself.huuhu....

For me, of course the first one is my choice. But, after a few months join the aerobic class and mingle around with the trainers, my mindset have changed slowly...Moreover, I really concern about my health condition..I cannot share about this right here..Actually, the aim of exercising and eating well habit is to be in good health, and looking fit as an extra bonus.Yeah, this is very true..Can you imagine if you are exercising too much, concern much about your food..cannot eat that, cannot drink this..constraint everything, of course you will not be in a good condition right? Easily get depress because you dont get what you want even everything in front of you....It does not mean if you decide to eat healthfully, you can never, ever indulge in less healthy choices..huhuu..thats very kejam.. For me, the most important is be honest on your diet, be flexible...you are what you eat... One more thing I observe on people who dieting is like to compare themself with celebrities or someone they desire...ermm..In my opinion, I dont agree with this..Why? Because everyone is different...What I mean is the way of life. What do you do every second, what do you eat mirrors yourself...Everyone is different...The most important is the basic of the fitness information you gain.Then just follow the rules..Easy...Just remember, health is wealth......
