T.I.P.S

"Let's live every moment like we own it... It doesn't matter where we are going. Life is like rolling a dice. Everybody needs a chance at life..." I create this long quote by myself with combination of 4 different sources. Really love it. Seriously... Each sentence has its own deep meaning.

Last few days, we are shocked with the obesity population statistic from... (not sure which authority).


South East Asia Countries ( as we watch in the tv everyday about SEA Games)


Asian Pacific Countries (include mat saleh already but we almost be the king of obese?)

Malaysia has the highest obesity rate among South East Asia countries and ranked 6th in Asian Pacific region. Just study a little bit by myself about all those countries and compared with Malaysia. HERMMMM.....What happen to us?

So,just want to share some health tips even some of them are not related with fitness:

1. Protect the cosmetics from excess light and heat as high temperature will destroy the preservatives that keep the product bacteria free.

2. Wash make up brushes with some shampoo to keep them bacteria free and hence healthy for your skin.

3. Acai berry can be used as a source to lose our weight without exaggerate dieting.

4. Make fists with both hands and then relax. This maneuver improves blood flow to hand muscles and relieve pain caused by typing.



5. Perform regular exercise anywhere. Many choices (Jogging, aerobic, stairs) Only 20 minutes 3 times per week.

6. If choice is between canned and frozen food, prefer frozen as it has more nutrients, less salt or sugar (preservative) and less contaminants.

6. Dark chocolate is a mood booster and have a mood enhancing effect as it has caffeine and theobromine


THE LAST ONE:

Always practice to read Quran regularly as it soften our hearts. Let's read it and be honest with ourselves.
